- Music Clinic day 1 on 8 October – SWIS BELHOTEL – Produced and to be conducted by the tem from INSTITUT MUSIK DAYA – Cut Nyak Deviana, President Director
- Opening Ceremony – 8 October – 7PM – CITRALAND BAY VIEW CITY
- AJPF day 1 on 8 October – starts at 8PM to 1 AM
- Music Clinic day 2 on 9 October – SWISS BELHOTEL – by the team from INSTITUT MUSIK DAYA
- Special class Music for healing by Maya Hassan – 9 October – 10 AM – SWISS BELHOTEL
- AJPF day 2 on 9 October – starts 4PM to 1 AM
- Special class for children (Voice and Percussion) by the team of Brenda Frans (Holland) – 9 October – 1 PM – MANISE HOTEL
- Music Clinic day 3 – 10 October – SWISS BELHOTEL – by the team from INSTITUT MUSIK DAYA
- AJPF day 3 on 10 October – starts at 4 PM to 1 AM
- Grand opening CITRALAND BAY VIEW CITY – 10 OCtober – starts at 10 AM – Carnival at 11 AM to 1 PM – Fire Works at 12 Midnight (Closing of AJPF 2010)

Each clinic participant will have to pay Rp 25.000,- (Twenty five thousand) per clinic/class to cover snacks and drinks.
